Virtual Mailer Overview
A desktop email campaign platform for composing, sending, tracking, and managing list-based outreach from infrastructure you control.

Operate

Control, Privacy, and Operational Flexibility
- Local data ownership: lists, templates, campaign history, and operational records stay under your control instead of being locked into a hosted marketing platform.
- Self-hosted tracking: open tracking and unsubscribe processing can be deployed to infrastructure you control rather than a third-party analytics domain.
- Multiple send routes: campaigns can be delivered through different accounts and methods depending on provider, brand, or operational need.
- Reusable operating model: campaigns and templates are designed for repeat use, revision, and controlled execution over time.
- Create or verify a sending profile in Mail Accounts.
- Import contacts and organize recipients in Contacts and Mailing Lists.
- Create a campaign in Campaigns, choose lists, and select a mail account.
- Optional: deploy tracking/unsubscribe scripts from Mail Account > Tracking and Unsubscribe.
- Execute the campaign and review results in campaign history and Reports.
